Now to be fair they are really kind and informative when you do get them, but unfortunately that’s not the norm. This company has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from day one.Their care coordinators are disorganized to the highest degree, and it’s sad cause the concept of the company i feel is a good one,but their personnel team has a huge flaws, and even if you get a competent kind employee to deal with you it’s 1 out of 10. You must live in the same home as the Caregiver (either their own home or the home of the Participant). Be a Hoosier You must live in the State of Indiana. Like any employee, their will be issues with the company you’re employed with. Getting care you trust is simple as 1 2 3. Your dishonest response is partially whats wrong with staff at this company. No company is perfect, but at least be honest. Caution folks, when you see a company that has their Public Relations Team doing damage control by being dishonest on reviews .you be the judge. I can easily add my paystub showing my name & todays date. If this is your best resolution attempt at trying to make me look bad, you shouldn’t of responded. They are trying to make readers believe I don’t work for the company and I’m lying. To try to save face, they are trying to discredit my statement. **UPDATE** As anyone can see, they responded.
